All PetCloud purchases are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. Every transaction we reverse results in a net loss to our small community organization — payment processors keep their fees even when we refund, and that cost comes directly out of what keeps this community running.
If something isn't right, we want to make it right. We're happy to exchange, substitute, or swap your purchase for something that works better for you. Just reach out to us directly and we'll figure it out together.
If a scheduled course time no longer works for you, we'll move you to another session at no charge. Life happens — just let us know.
Payment plans and financial assistance are available for all courses. If you need support, please reach out before purchasing — we'd rather find a way to make it work than have you struggle.
